I would honestly say that fitness will come easily if you just find something you like doing. Find a sport you love with a group of people you like being around and you will be fit in no time.
My friends do free running and parkour but I just do little bits to fit in with the moves i want to learn. They are very similar. Do you have a favourite trick from your showreel?
The first one off the top of the building — the massive one. How do you see it evolving in the future? You can progress as far as you want, you can go into a gym and learn basic rolls all the way up to triple front flips and stuff like that. It depends where I am.
Do you do any weights or cardio training? I used to be in the British tumbling team and when I was in that we did a lot of leg work — a lot of squats to make sure we could jump as high as possible.
